The Zoo of 2009
Sara Cleo Marc
After having a dog or two along with a cat or two for 40 years, we now have
"only" three cats. We have dearly loved every one of our canines and have
no regrets about them at all, but our lifestyle has changed and cats are
just easier to take care of. We can more readily go away for a few days without
them or take them with us for longer RV trips. They never need to go out in
the middle of the night or be walked in the rain, etc. But you know, truth
be told, I'd love going out in the rain in the middle of every night if
I could have Holly and Jonas back. But, we know that can't be and there is
no intent to have a dog again.
